I found the team. The hotel is modern and provides everything needed. The location is GREAT, and the access to the beautiful beach club provides fantastic swimming options. Breakfast had plentiful western and Indonesian selections.

On the point of resort activities, every time i went to book an activity it was never available. It was disappointing as i missed out.

The hotel features a large pool area with swim-up bars. There are jacuzzis, a gym, and a yoga room available . The beach club provides a classy restaurant and an infinity pool.

The suite had very comfortable beds and nice air-conditioning. The air conditioning worked well. The room included a kitchenette and microwave, a plus for my stay. spacious bathroom and nice toiletries.

The staff were always ready to assist with any request. The recreation manager was super friendly. The guest experience team ensured any issues were resolved promptly.

The restaurant offered many delicious options to suit everyone's tastes. Breakfast featured an enormous range of both western and Indonesian cuisine. The omelet station was excellent, AND the chef cooked omelets perfectly to order.

i enjoyed the spacious rooms. the included amenities were very good. the atmosphere was amazing and the staff was very nice and friendly. i especially thank demmy for the great hospitality. i highly recommend this resort.

The resort activities weren't always available. That was a little disappointing.

I must say, the level of cleanliness was REALLY lacking. Paint was chipping off EVERYWHERE, and the walls around the pool area were unclean. This is just UNACCEPTABLE. The staff seemed clueless and unhelpful, almost unaware of basic issues, and half of the amenities were non-functional. It was frustrating. The dispensers for toiletries WERE empty.

The room was HUGE with plentiful space, and the air conditioning worked effectively. The buffet breakfast offered ample options. I noticed the staff constantly cleaned leaves from the water every morning. it was a lovely, thoughtful touch.

the family room was perfect with ample space for everyone. the hotel was so scenic with beautiful landscaping throughout. the food was AMAZING!!! it made our family reunion holiday lovely. the pool had different depths, perfect for water play, and everyone found their spot.

i did feel the resort activities were difficult to book. each time i tried, they were unavailable due to staffing or equipment issues. however, the staff did coordinate a special kite-making activity just for my kids, a sweet gesture.

Decent Stay, Noticeable Issues

The room I had was quite disappointing. It seemed dated, and a bit worn. The bathroom had a persistent musty odor, a real turn-off. the service was slow. I requested extra towels but it took hours for them to arrive. I probably won't stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This met my expectations.

The room I was given had a noticeable musty odor and damp atmosphere upon entry. The air conditioning did little to alleviate this issue. It was a significant detractor from the experience.
